spacious bungalow reasonable price
I stayed in a Thai Style Bungalow. The bungalow was spacious with a large bed. The spa services were very reasonably priced. Food had excellent value and a dedicated plant-based section. I found that to be quite rare.
I did notice gaps around the room doors. Those gaps could let mosquitoes in.

tranquil and thai
really good staff exotic wildlife easy access local cuisine
the staff were very happy to help with any needs. the exotic wildlife added a nice touch. it was easy to get to nearby bars, shops, restaurants, and bang niang market (i love a good market!). the food was delicious, and i especially enjoyed the local cuisine.
I noticed some mosquitos. I recommend bringing white vinegar and antihistamine cream.

the authentic rooms were clean and well kept with superb maid service, so that was reassuring. the lush green plants and flowers surrounding the rooms created a secluded, tropical feel. i appreciated the thai architectural style of the buildings.

there is a spa offering massages (i recommend it!). the resort boasts a pool and massage area, so that was great. the breakfast had lots of fresh tropical fruit like mango. fresh tea and coffee, a very welcome start to the day.

the staff were friendly and happy, so that was very nice. the reception staff, like aon, were fabulous. i felt the staff were helpful and provided good service throughout my stay, a very important element for me.

friendly staff tasty meal dark room bay window
The staff were friendly. i liked the rustic style. It fit beautifully into the tropical gardens (i appreciate the thought put into it). the pool seemed great and the rooms were large and clean. the half board option provided tasty meals every day.
I found that the thai beautiful room was a huge disappointment. i think i got the worst room in the hotel. It was very dark. there were no windows in the bathroom and only a small bay window in the room.

a haven of beauty and warmth
delicious cake thoughtful surprise skilled therapists
my birthday became magical with a thoughtful surprise and the most decadent chocolate cake i have ever tasted. a beautifully crafted turtle figure added to the charm. the spa treatments was so nice, particularly the massage, a testament to the therapists' skill. we enjoyed it and returned for a second blissful session.
i noticed some minor wear in certain areas but it did not detract significantly from my overall experience.
